1. Service Description

Lock In Together is an iOS application that helps users maintain focus by blocking distracting applications using Apple's Screen Time API. The app enables social focus sessions, progress tracking, and a community feed. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Lock In Together. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. App Blocking Disclaimer

By using the app blocking feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Once a focus session is started with app blocking enabled, blocked apps cannot be accessed until the timer expires. This is by design and cannot be overridden.
• You are solely responsible for choosing which apps to block and for what duration.
• Lock In Together is not liable for any inconvenience, missed communications, or consequences resulting from apps being blocked during a focus session.
• App blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time API. Functionality may vary depending on your iOS version and device settings.

4. Subscriptions

Lock In Together is currently free to use. Premium subscription features may be introduced in the future. If subscriptions are added, pricing and terms will be clearly communicated before any charges apply. All subscription payments will be processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the social features of the app.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the application.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to circumvent app blocking mechanisms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lock In Together at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

7. Disclaimers

Lock In Together is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that app blocking will function identically across all devices and iOS versions. Use of the app blocking feature is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lock In Together and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of the app blocking feature, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of Lock In Together after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
